Thanks for your help Alex but that method won't allow me to automate the process. If you already have the report on file say 5 pages and you had to make a change to the report that only effects page 2, you don't want to have to print out the whole report again. Being able to select the page to print needs to be available to who ever runs the program.

Can you not pass in page 2 as a parameter?

DoCmd.PrintOut acPages, 2, 2

Have a Form that gives you a choice

DoCmd.OpenReport "rptNAME", acViewPreview
DoCmd.PrintOut acPages, txtPage, txtPage

If you don't want to open the Report use this instead:

DoCmd.SelectObject acReport, "rptNAME", True
DoCmd.PrintOut acPages, txtPage, txtPage

replace rptNAME with the name of your Report.
