I m trying to design labels using Avery labels 5160, which prints three columns across and 10 rows down.  I can do this in any of the other computers with no problem at all.  But when I try to do it on my main computer.  It prints three columns crossed in nine rows down.  The problem being, I can change the page settings which are 0.5, 0.528, 0.3 & 0.3 and should be 0.5, 0.5, 0.3 & 0.3.  When I remove the 28 and save the document it does not save the settings. The 0528 ads about and 1.8 of an inch to each label which causes it to print only nine rows.

It could be a printer driver issue, the fact it works on some machines and not others could be due to this or the version of Access. Has windows had all the recent updates?
