Hello,

I'm new to Access and I'm developing a database for work. I made a form that allows you to browse each issue in the database and see all the details, edit it, move to the next record, etc. However, this is for all issues in the DB. I need to be able to use this same form but ONLY for all OPEN issues. How can I use the SAME form to view only the results of the OPEN issues query? Thank you for your help and the access training videos.

The easiest solution is to FILTER your results.

Beyond that, you could use a query CRITERIA in the underlying query that the form is based on.
