At every milestone of my job I produce a pdf report using the option "saved exportation" in the ribbon. This give me the file I want with a fixed name. It would be very smart to obtain the name of the report by the concatenation of the fixed name and a variable string. The variable string is a field of the last record of a not linked table. In this way the name will be like 2A_TimingR.pdf, 3A_Timing.pdf, 3B_TimingR.pdf and so on.
How can I do it?

If you're happy with VBA you could use the OutputTo method to save to PDF, with this method you can pass in a file name, this can be a strong combined using a DLOOKUP to get the table value then any other naming convention you need.
