I have an opportunity to potentially build a database to track a small number of finished products. This would include data entry for things like quantity manufactured, quantity ready for shipment, quantity shipped, and so on as well as creating some basic invoices. I have worked though the courses up to expert 5. I'm getting stuck on how to keep quantities updated across the database, as new is coming in, and old is going out. Richard, would you be willing to pinpoint 2 or 3 of the expert lessons that would be helpful getting a handle on this concept?

If you don't do it via VBA you will need to use an UPDATE Query to amend your figures
