Alex.  I eliminated the space after !, and tried running again.  Getting a runtime 2471 error now on the line, "The expression you entered as a query expression produced this error:  ArtworkFile".

ArtworkFile = DLookup("ArtworkFile", "ArtworkT", "OrderID=" & ID)

I am wanting to copy one or more records from the subform to new records in the subform once I click on the command button. There are four fields in the subform record source, table "ArtworkT", ArtworkID, OrderID, ArtworkFile and Description.  The OrderID is the foreign key.

The subform, ArtworkSubF, will have one or more records in it.  I wish to copy all of the records to the new order's subform.

I hope this makes things clearer.
