I am making a database to do calculations (adding up prices of articles). Now I want to make 2 versions: an on-line version where articlenumbers, -description and - prices are used from a database that we have on an internal server and an off-line version for use on a notebook while not connected to the server. I have made a table with all the data that is linked to the db on the server. Now I am trying to fill a new table in my Access db that is filled by data from the server db, using recordsets. I made a button 'UPDATE' that will refresh the data in the Access db with the latest information in the server db. Now, I have trouble with the code how to fill the Access table with the data from the server. Is there maybe somewhere in the Access courses some sample code that I could study what goes wrong?
