I'm getting pretty desperate in searching for an answer on this one.

I have a parent form that allows users to add employees. That part is fine. Within this parent form is a subform that allows the addition of the work locale, manager, & training modules the new employee is responsible for.

What I want to do is have the user indicate the work locale ONLY ONCE even when creating multiple records in the subform. I thought maybe creating an unbound text box in the parent form could somehow be linked to the work locale in the subform but I have no idea how to do this.

Why am I doing it this way? The subform is based off of a junction table, which contains the EmpIDs & work locales for every new employee added, which in turn will be the basis of my queries. Thanks the help. I would really like to avoid VBA if possible.
