Thank you, that command button worked as expected.  However, my problem remains when the form is closed by that driver, then opened by another driver.  The current driver can now see (and edit) (yikes!) the previously filled records.  I need the form to open to a new record as well.  I don't want the driver to ever be able to see other records.  (These are mostly computer illiterate folks who are accustomed to turning in paper forms, and the supervisor wants them to key their own data, relieving dispatch from the current mountain of paperwork).
