If then on a report

I have a matrix cube on my report that is 7X7. Each record in the database has a risk index associated with it. I am tring to have a "X" appear in the correct box of the cube. However, the X appears in random locations in the cub.

In box F3 I have the control =IIf([RiskIndex]="30","X","")
But the X is appearing in c6 which is 33.
