Reference: Lesson 5 - Questions From Students, Beginners 5, Access 2010.

I don't be able to set the format "yyyy" in a date field of a query.
Actually, when I write yyyy in the Format box of the Property Sheet, the program automatically adds the quote.
And, as result, yyyy is shown in the entire field instead of the origin dates.
I'm using Access 2016.
How can I obtain the wanted format?

Are you sure you put it in the Format box and not the Control Source box.
This could of course be a bug in 2016. I've not upgraded yet so can't comment.
