Hello, I am familiar with building a simple database but my current project has me in a bit of struggle. Here is a short description of what I am looking for. At my POE we use SharePoint service however, many of the admin options are disabled. I am trying to keep track of each employee and the libraries they have access to along with the permission level. Now here is the catch... I can create tables and tables and more tables, then the relationships and then the reports... etc... But is there an easier way to combine the information.
For example...
Test User has access to Test Library 1, Test Library 2, Test Library 3, Test Library 4, Test Library 5  
Test Library 1, 2, and 5, the permission level is Read Only
Test Library 3 and 4, the permission level is Contributor.
Instead of entering 5 rows, how can I enter all the information into 1 row and then when looking for the information I can get a report for that particular user?
I wish I could attach a pic of some sort of graph that would show what I mean. Any ideas?

You would need a Field for each thing. Create a Table with the Library Name, a Table of Permissions, then you could have a Junction Table of Library to Permission. Then a Table of Users and a Junction Table of Users to Librarys and now join it all with a Query.
