Thank you Alex, I am now trying to decide what the BEST way of inserting an image will be i.e. OLE object, 'short text' field with file path to hard-drive image folder etc.  I am very very new to Access and still finding my way.  If I copy the file path to the image into the field, I am guessing I won't be able to access that image if I copy the database to my work Access (I have a access database at home that I would like to start using in the office and would copy it across) I will be printing reports with images at a later date so I want to make sure I set it all up correctly now rather than finding problems down the track.  Also trying to determine if Access is the right program for us.

Text field with path is always a preferred.
If you use the Application.CurrentProject.Path and store the folder with the images in the same folder as the database you can then move them all together. I'm sure this is explained in the Seminar.
