HI, I need help please.

I am craeting a telephone data base and this stores all our extension numbers and what call have been made and the final cost for the month per extension per person per department.
I have now managed to write a few queries that will sort and send specific information to the relevant departments.
I have created a form for each manager to view there own departments cost and how much staff have used.
And now this is where my problem is, i want to be able to have a calendar controls that can run reports between two dates. Yet, I don't know how to link this to the tables i need.

EG, if want to run a report on "stores" department. I have the forms set up and the table, yet, if i want to run report on dates for certain periods EG,28/01/2008 to 28/01/2008 and call up the whole usage including the call types cell, land line, local and international, how would i set it up.
This is one of my final steps in order for me to finish the reporting.
