Since those systems which use Explorer 8,10 have such a limited time line, is it possible for the web pages for the training video series be re-designed to accommodate newer browsers, which seemingly are coming into the majority .  Specifically I am looking at Windows 10.  In my case there is no audio.

What browser are you using? The videos are mp4 and use a player that should work in most browsers, I checked Edge recently on Win10 and it was working fine.
