Hi Alex/Richard, I am looking for ideas how to make the Relationships/forms.
I need to make a Application for the team to track all the applications we work on.
As I understand All the relationships will be One-Many or Many - many

AppliationT > One-Many > ApplicationLinkT > Many-Many > AppPasswordT>
and some where need to store the Userid.

The applicationT and ApplicationLinkT must be on the server, All the Users must have access to the same data and the AppPasswordTmust be on a second backend to secure the passwords.

The Idea is that anyone of the members can update the all Application Information but only the user can update and see his own password.
Also need to track when last the user login the application to warn the user his access will expire.

Also need to setup reports to show all the users who has access for which App.
Yes, I will use Richards Idea of encryption and login form.

Any ideas will be welcome.

I'm unsure what you need help on, is it displaying of the information.
Make a List of applications as a continuous Form, open that to show all the related info with App Info then subform or relationships.
