Here's the situation:  I have a group of people that I need a database for that is a service group that serves for a 3-year term, with approximately 1/3 of the group rolling off each year.  Each of that large group may be a member of none, one, or more different committees. The term of their committee service may end in 2017, 2018 or 2019.  Each committee member in a given committee may have a different term date.  There are a LOT of moving parts.  Any ideas of how to set this up?

I'd write down everything you need and work out the separate things you want to track, you can then use this as a basis to create Tables and then relationships between these things.
