I am new to access.  I have watched all 12 of the tutorials but have not delved into the advanced ones yet.  I want to create a data base for employees and can't figure out how to structure one that will show me all raises a person has gotten since employment.  Don't know if that can be handled in combo boxes or just how to show more than one rate of pay for one person. Sorry if this is elementary but, again, I am new to the data base.  Any help would be appreciated.

I'd create another Table that stores the EmployeeID the Rate of Pay, the StartDate, EndDate.
You could have current or just get the record that doesn't have an EndDate.
