Okay I have come across another hurdle since this last post....I have since aquired 3 clients and need to move accounts to reps to followup based on the client. How can I move 200 accounts from a form by inserting the number 200 and selecting a rep from a dropdown and clicking a button. Not sure how to build a query that will count 200 records from a table that has 2000 records and move them with a button.

You will want an UPDATE Query

You could create a SELECT Query that gets 200 records, then apply the update to them
