I have a Db for a small Auto repair Garage with a main form for customer detail, SubForm for customer vehicle details and a SubForm for work schedule (a list and details of work carried out on customer vehicle). All the forms link Ok the problem I have is that I am getting a Record for each line of the work schedule. Both Subforms are continuous forms. For example if a vehicle has been worked on 5 times on different dates then I get 5 records.
I was hoping you could find the time to give me some indication of what I am doing wrong or what to check. I have also had a similar problem with reports.

There is a Link Master / Child Fields you use with SubForms, has that been set?
