I notice in your Expert series how to create personalized letters.
I want to create a 10 to 20 page document where there would be a page header and footer, several field merges along the way and rich text formatting as well as capability of inserting some photos and images, I tried expanding on the letter idea but I find it would be very inefficient to go this rout due to small space and lack of tools and formatting on the screen. I know I can use a word document and use Access' field merges but would like the document to be seamlessly pulled from Access without user noticing he is using a Word document or without getting into Word, can you help?

Which version of Access are you doing, the ribbon should have a lot of controls for formatting.
You can embed an OLE object (Word Document) in the Form.
