I have tried, many times over, to design both a report and a form with the Can Grow and Can Shrink properties set to YES. I have watched the tutorial many times and have been careful to set both the properties of the text box (Memo Field) and those of the Detail Section to YES. Unfortunately, it makes no difference.

I have inserted extra data into the fields and they will grow as expected in the reports but when the extra data is deleted they will only shrink back to their original size, they will not disappear altogether. I even experimented with setting the Height property to zero but it made no difference.
