What I want to know is if I pay for the Calendar Template, will these items I mention be included there: Daily calendar, Weekly calendar, setting appointments and have the code make sure the time slot is already booked, repeating tasks, etc... all the typical features of a calendar.

There is a free demo download of the calendar so you can, scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the links. You can then try it out.

The Calendar Seminar doesn't cover Daily/Weekly, only Monthly, but it wouldn't be hard to apply the knowledge and previous suggestions to add your own.

The Work Order Seminar covers Scheduling. This covers checking a Table for current appointments and showing when the next available one is.

I've made a tip for Multiple Days, this could be amended to do every x day.
