I am trying to set up a database for familes and caregivers.  Each family can have up to 3 caregivers and the caregivers can have unlimited families

Each of the families and caregivers have a unique ID associated with them and I am using this a a primary key for the FamilyT and CaregiverT tables.  I have made caregiver1, caregiver2 and caregiver3 fields which are populated by the unique ID for the caregiver.  

I am trying to create a way of updating the list of families the caregivers work for based on the familyT table but don't know how to set up my querry or relationships

You can create a JunctionT which is FamilyXCareGiver where you have a FamilyID and a CareGiverID, there you have have multiple caregivers against multiple families.
