With the lessons learnt in the Access Email Seminar I can create personalized emails for my members, using bulk mail out via SMTP, on my Access database.
Your suggestion to use a table to help structure the email body was most helpful tip.
The body of the email is created in Word, saved as a web page, filtered (.htm format), then opened in Notepad, and finally copied into the webHTML page on the Template form.  It all works well.  However, I have a small problem in that automated check boxes do not carry into the final email document.
The check box appears on the email, but the recipient of the email is unable to click on Reply, tick/untick the box as appropriate, and Send.
Can you offer a solution, please?

You could just have a ✓ and a ✗ and ask them to remove the one they don't wish.
