I added the phone number input mask to my address table. I was using the database from the beginner level PCResale. I added some contacts of my own along with what was already there. After I added the input mask I was scrolling through the form I had built along with the tutorial and I noticed that not all the phone numbers adhered to the input mask. The ones that did not were ones that I had added to the database. Yet not all of my additions were affected as such. After investigating by clicking around I noticed that if I deleted the number and mouse clicked back into the field the mask was present. However, if I tabbed in from an adjacent field the input mask was not present. This was true for new records. AS well, I noticed that this was true for other input masks. I mouse click into a field and the mask is available. I tab in and it is not.
