My database is producing a popup saying "You do not have exclusive access the the database at this time. If you continue to make changes, you might not be able to save changes."  I understand fully that this would appear if I were trying to make design changes, but I'm not.  It happens when clicking on any Command Button to launch a form or report from my Main Switchboard while other people are logged in, but we should be able to all work in it at the same time. Is there a limit to how many people can be logged in at one time? I click OK and it repeats the popup what seems like 10-12 times and then it lets me go about my business and everything seems to work just fine.

What could be causing this and how can I stop it?

If you have multiple users you should really split the db and have the be on a shared server and a fe on each users machine.
