I have created a database for our company that tracks projects, customers and employees responsible for the projects beyond other things. On the dashboard of this database I have created multiple subforms to display projects at different statuses filtered by a combo box that is bound to the employee ID. The problem I am having is when I change the employee in the combo box the oldest project record is re-assigning itself to that employee. so project 19201 is managed by employee1 when they are in the combo and then switched to employee2 when they are there. been trying to change the relationships up a bit but still no change. I did erase the oldest record to see if it helped but the problem moved to the next oldest record. Any guidance would be appreciated. God bless!

Is the combo used as a filter for the sub form or is it actually bound to a value in the underlying table/query?
