I am creating a database for the projects our program supported. In a database, one project can have more than one PI and co-PI.(PI can work more than one project) I learnt from the Relationship course and created a relation table and a subform with combo box to input all PIs and Co-PI's name for each project. It works on the form. However, it does not work on Report. I first created a query which is able to  showed 2 records if a project has one PI and one co-PI. However, in the report, it shows only one PI base on the first RelationID. How can the report to show more than one PIs and Co-PI for each project?

Reply from Alex Hedley:

Have you created a set of Reports that mimic the Forms you have, if it works in Forms it should work for Reports.
You can create subreports in a main report and link the Master/Child Fields in the same way.
