If you're talking about a digital signature like DocuSign then I don't know of any way that Access can do that. If you just want to get an image of someone signing a form (like on your tablet) and save an image of that, then yes, it's possible. I've never done it, but I'm sure I could figure it out. If enough people are interested in this, I'll try to put a lesson together.
