Any Security Seminar Updates?

Hi Richard,

I just spent 2-3 very enjoyable days watching/studying your videos from the Security Seminar. I really enjoy your videos and want to let you know that your enthusiasm really shows. I know that you made this seminar a few years ago and the material is still very relevant, but I wanted to ask out of curiosity.

Since time has passed, have you thought of any new techniques that you would add or change regarding security?

Have you thought of recreating any of your videos (not because they need improvement - for they are extremely good as is) - but only to bring them up to the newer versions of Access. I know that it probably will not change content and I know that this is very time consuming but it might entice people to buy since it relates to the latest version of Access and might increase sales.

Hi John. I'm glad you enjoyed the lessons. No I really don't have anything to add as far as security goes. Microsoft Access really hasn't changed much on the security front since this seminar was recorded. As far as the videos go I am in the process of re-recording beginner lessons for office 2019 especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Access has not changed that much in the past couple years. I'm probably not going to re-record the seminars as they are mostly still relevant although I might make some additions here and there. I am recording now with much higher quality with full HD so the new updates are going to look and sound much better because I had a really bad microphone in some of those old videos.
