Hi Thomas. Assuming you've logged them on using something similar to the technique I show in my Security Seminar, all you need is a Select Case or an If Then block in your logon code to direct the user to the correct menu form. Something like this would work:

If Username = "Richard" then
  DoCmd.OpenForm "AdminMenuF"
ElseIf Username = "Sue" or Username = "Pete" then
  DoCmd.OpenForm "SalesMenuF"
Else
  DoCmd.OpenForm "MainMenuF"
End If

Yes the Security Seminar is a great Seminar, I think everybody should watch that one.
I have been using everything I learned in it in my program I build for over 5000 customers and it has been working great. Thank you Richard. I have been using Access for many years but the learning NEVER stops. I always go back and re-watch the training videos and always learn something new that I can use in my programs that I build.
The sky is the limit when it comes to developing great programs...
