Yep. In my Security Seminar I show you how to set up user logons and then you could easily make a form that will not be visible to specific users. You can make each user their own menu if you want or use the same main menu and simply hide buttons based on whatever group he's in. Without securing your database, however, anyone who knows a little Access can simply bypass your startup options and get into the forms, tables, etc.
