Check your Record Source property for the form. Is it a SELECT statement or a Query? If so, those fields won't show up in your Field List.

It is a SELECT statement. So should I move it to a Query of the table?

You can just change it to the table name then you'll have access to all of the fields. Unless you NEED it to be a query to pull in multiple table fields, changing it to just the table name will be fine. The only way you'd want to limit it to only certain fields is if you have a HUGE number of fields and you want to speed things up, but usually that's negligible with Access databases.
