Hi Joe. Make sure you have the Can Shrink property set for both the fields AND the Detail Section. Also, remember you can't make LABELS shrink. Only text boxes. So you may have to replace a label with a text box that just has the caption in it that you want to see.

Hope you are doing well Sir. Appreciate your response. Turns out the problem was the Text boxes on the letter were overlapping ever so slightly. You discussed that problem in your Expert 9 lesson 05. Align and Size to Grid took care of it. Don't let anyone tell you that you spend too much time on formatting and design. I am betting that most people find it very interesting and in my humble opinion, it is important.
