Hi Dennis. It really shouldn't matter where your data is coming from. Whether it's a native Access table or a linked table to SQL Server, Access should treat the data the same. Should. I've seen weird things, but 99% of the time it's not a problem. The most common problem I see is that people have a Date field that is storing a date with a TIME component. This happens if you use the Now() function in the default value, for example. So now filtering only on a specific date will only show you records that have that EXACT date at midnight. I recommend using a query and setting the criteria to >=#1/1/2020
