Hi Sabina. Power Automate is a tool from Microsoft to help automate tasks. I have played with a few of these services myself like Zapier and IFTTT.

I don't see any direct "Flows" for Access, but there are a bunch of them on there for Excel Online, SharePoint, and SQL Server. It's great for data collection. For example, there's:

- Save tweets to an Excel Online spreadsheet
- Track Microsoft Forms responses in Excel and notify thru Email
- Copy SharePoint list items to Excel and Email

You can make up your own custom flows too. So let's say someone adds a record to your SharePoint list, you could have it send an Email. And since you can connect Access to SharePoint, it's a handy thing to have.
