Looks like this is the format of the Twitter URL to post something:

So you could open a WebBrowser with this and then all you'd have to do is click TWEET, which you could probably do that with Javascript too. As far as DIRECTLY Tweeting without a web browser control, I'm sure they have an API. I've never done it before though. Probably not a bad idea for me to look into since I waste a lot of time posting my new release updates on FB, Twitter, etc. A one-click solution would be nice.

Youd have to apply for a dev account then go through the process of building all the necessary calls.
Likely a login to get a token then use that in the subsequent Tweet.
