Michelle, I've never seen this before. I need more of a description of exactly what's happening in order to help you. Exact error messages or behavior, please. And of course, try running down the Access Troubleshooter.

Just wanted to let you know your access troubleshooting looks like is going to fix my problem wished I could send a photo to you as you can be aware of what I was seeing but can't see a way of uploading a file thank you for your help will start rebuilding final database again tomorrow as it is 8:07 pm Tuesday as I'm writing this but went through all your troubleshooting with access and discovered what you suggested worked by creating a new database and importing the objects e.g. tables forms it has seemed to fix the problem I would suggest making a quick video on this I could do this myself but do not have the logos to really show what it is about anyway I'm not as good as you as a teacher yes I have been told I go into detail and very patient at teaching people have started my own YouTube video channel which I may end up putting how to fix this problem on it thank you again Michelle

I'm glad you got it fixed. That's what the Access Troubleshooter checklist is for. Even I don't think to try all of these things myself when I have problems.
