That's nowhere near enough info for me to go on. What are these combo boxes? What are you trying to do with them? I've never seen a combo box work for a while and then just randomly stop working. Something else must be going on in your database. I have a feeling that without seeing your database I'm not going to be able to tell you what's wrong with it. Have you run down the Troubleshooter?

yes Sir and just ran back down it since I posted. Build a combo box with wizard and when I c/r form the combo box drops down but when I click an item it does nothing. I build an new form because redoing the combo box on the same form or copy of the form does the same thing (like its Locked), so build another form it may or may not work. Rebuild till I get it to work, then it goes back to not working and I have done this with every form I have on my Db. Have my build DB and my working DB and both are doing this. Some combo's are dynamic and some just run of the mill. would send you my db but not sure how.
