Do you mean just a spot to put a signature (X and an underline), an actual image of a signature, or are you talking about a real "digital signature" for authentication?

A real digital signature.

I'm not aware of any way to do that in Access, and a quick Google search yields no good results. You would probably have to automate Word and create it that way.

This might make a good lesson, and I am going to do some lessons on Office automation from Access - creating a spreadsheet in Excel or a document from Word - in my Developer classes EVENTUALLY. But there's not a lot of demand for it, and I've got a ton of other stuff on my plate right now. Since you can pretty much create any kind of document you need inside of Access without the need for Word as it is (with some restrictions) I don't usually do much with it.
