I have to prepare 600 labels for song titles

Q1 I would like to know Where to find the rule which explains how to Capitalize the 1st letter of each word. In the title?

Q2- Is it possible to use the dictation process to dictate the titles in the field?

A1: You have to use the StrConv function to convert to Proper Case which I cover in Access Expert 13. Funny that you ask this because I was just asked a question about this by one of my TechHelp members and I'm preparing a video on it today. Stay tuned.

A2: Access doesn't support dictation natively (speech to text) but there are third party programs you can get which allow this, like Dragon Dictate. Personally I love a little simple speech to text extension for Google Chrome called Dictation for Gmail that I use when writing long emails. Sure, if you want to bring stuff over to Access or Word after that you have to copy and paste it, but it's a great little lightweight, FREE dictation app that works wonderfully.
