Sure, as long as your field names are all the same (FirstName, LastName, etc.) then you can use that form with any table you like. At the Beginner stage, you'll have to store multiple copies of it and just change the RecordSource property. Later on, when you get into programming, you could use the same form, and just change that property dynamically in the code of the button that opens the form.
