Good day
I have been watching your TechHelp video on "Track Changes to Data"
I have followed the video and created the table and made the changes
On the Form Properties I have put the following code following your example

Private Sub Form_BeforeUpdate(Cancel As Integer)
DoCmd.RunSQL "INSERT INTO DuesChangeLogT SELECT * FROM DuesT" & _
"WHERE DuesID=" & DuesID
End Sub
I Have done it a number of times but it does not work. Can you see what is wrong.

If that's an exact copy and paste of your SQL statement, you need a SPACE before the word WHERE.

I have created the Track changes as shown but would like to take it a step further and track who was logged into the DB on the Date/time the changes were made. Do you have a tutorial to do that. I have done a search but can not find anything.

Access no longer supports user-level security. You have to create your own logon form. I cover this in my Security Seminar.
