Error With Attachments

First and foremost I found the email seminar to be spectacular!!! Within an access form I store a file (report) as an attachment. Now, having created a button and assigning vb for mailing with outlook I was able to set up the To:, CC:, BCC:, Subject and Message taking fields from my form (All of it works just fine.) However, when I try to attach a file from my form using osmg.attachements = me.(Field that holds the file) I receive an error which I cannot get around. Can you help? :)

Thanks for the compliment. That was one of my favorite seminars to record. What's the exact error message? What's the exact code you're using?

its a little tricky because it is an object within the form as an attachment I am calling upon Run-Time error '440' Property is read only

You're doing it wrong. You have to say: Omsg.Attachments.Add FILENAME See Lesson 7, time index about 4:00. Youz gotsta follow directions. :)

I got that but I am trying to work right off my form rather than going to a separate form so for each of the To, CC, BCC, subject I used the data from the displayed form as me.to, etc.

I understand that, but you HAVE to add attachments the way I showed you. You cannot set it like you're trying to do.
