My friend has a large number of contacts in his Outlook contacts list.  He has a custom form where he adds additional information to each contact.  This info is like product categories for product he might market to them.  He also has a very basic database where he wants to manage this data instead of within Outlook.  
The issue is that he can export the data from within Outlook but only the data from the original contact form is exported.  Do you know where the other additional data that he has collected is stored in Outlook?  In doing research I found articles on pst and ost files but that data is the same that the export function provides.  
Is there a function within Access to import hidden data fields from Outlook.
