I have solved my problem it turned out to be for some reason office 365 64-bit for some reason did not like the code being in properties it needed to be the second way of doing it e.g. the format command this may be worth mentioning somewhere doesn't case any one hour's comes across this problem

Hope you've had a great Christmas day weather here has not been the best thanks again for all your support and help hopefully I will not be in touch again until the New Year with another problem my next move is expert level 12 writing the order list form as I may have said in the past I jumped ahead to level 22 to get the order details made a funny thing with me I found that a lot easier than some of these earlier lessons which I'm still working my way through everybody is different my friend who has helping me with another problem while he's down Azeri surprised the way I have developed the database just wished I could show you my database as you could just have a look at my design
