Yes, it's possible. Since you're a Beginner user, I'd say you can use the Command Button Wizard to Open a Form and show specific data. That's covered in Access Beginner 7. You'd have to link the new form to a field in the current form. For example, you can open the orders for the current customer.

Now changing WHICH form opens up isn't possible at the Beginner level. You'd need some VBA programming which is covered in the Developer level. Something like this in the Event for the button:

If MyCheckBox = TRUE then
   DoCmd.OpenForm "Form1F"
else
   DoCmd.OpenForm "Form2F"
End if
