Richard, I am building a database following your lessons from 101-329, and in this particular case, lesson 311 and one of the things I'm trying to do is, use an BMP as a place holder (imgName) on the menu and I made another BMP that resembles a raised button (cmdName) of that place holder BMP. I want the raised BMP to come on top of the place holder when the mouse comes over it, then if the raised BMP is clicked, it will open a form (or whatever) BUT if nothing is clicked and the mouse moves OFF the raised BMP it disappears revealing the original BMP place holder. I have it partially working. I have placed code on the place holder in the 'Mouse Move' event to not visible and make the raised visible. This works fine and will open the form. BUT when I remove the mouse, the place holder is gone and I can only make everything work if I restart the menu over. What am I missing in the code to make the Remove Mouse Move event to repopulate to its original view?

Here is the code I have...

Private Sub imgWriteChecks_MouseMove(Button As Integer, Shift As Integer, X As Single, Y As Single)

    cmdWriteChecks.Visible = True
    imgWriteChecks.Visible = False
    Me.Refresh

End Sub

Private Sub cmdWriteChecks_Click()
On Error GoTo Err_cmdWriteChecks_Click

    Dim stDocName As String
    Dim stLinkCriteria As String

    stDocName = "frmWriteCheck"
    Me.Refresh
    DoCmd.OpenForm stDocName, , , stLinkCriteria
    cmdWriteChecks.Visible = False

Exit_cmdWriteChecks_Click:
    Exit Sub

Err_cmdWriteChecks_Click:
    MsgBox Err.Description
    Resume Exit_cmdWriteChecks_Click

End Sub
