Hello Richard

Wondering if you can suggest where I could find a way of working out my costs on the job the only solution so far I have come up with is make a duplicate of order T and or day detailed T and associated forms but that seems a long way around it I noticed you do teach something in an old class called 313 which looks like it is VBA coding you talk about how to hide it on the invoice wondering if you are going to cover something like that somewhere but without VBA coding or even with VBA coding when in the developer series

If you mean that you want to calculate your cost vs. what the retail sale price on the order is, then yes, that's relatively easy to do. Just add UnitCost to each line item in addition to UnitPrice which is what you sell it for. This is covered in Access Expert 8.

Hello Richard Thank you I will have a look at that one again and see if I can figure out where I missed something like this in access expert 8 on the come to the worst I would get you to have a look at adding this to the job that you are going to do when you get the time thanks again for your suggestion Michelle
